The property has a code accessed gate, alarm system, and motion lights. The decor is mid-century modern / farmhouse and is cozy yet serene. Come and Stay Awhile!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located completely remodeled walkable Broken Arrow Rose District home away from home. Walk to restaurants, shopping, wedding venues 924 on Main and Willow Creek Mansion and all that Main Street and Rose District has to offer. Near many City of BA entertainment and sports complexes. Covered outdoor patio with seating and eating area. Walkable to fishing pond, bring a pole, or borrow ours! Where you will sleep: 3 beds and pull out sectional couch.

The Apartment Away

We welcome you to The Apartment Away from busy city streets with private entry, just outside of Owasso. Your private entrance opens to a living room with smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with island, and laundry room. The spacious bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Heated and cooled attached sunroom is great for watching wildlife. We are on 2 wooded acres just a couple miles from shops and stores, in a safe and quiet country neighborhood.

Welcome to our Corner "Stone" Cottage! This Comfy home away from home is conveniently located in Midtown, just 6miles from Tulsa International Airport. If you are here to experience Tulsa, this home puts you in the center of it all! It is walking distance from the University of Tulsa, 1mile from The Fairgrounds, 2miles from the BOK arena and Downtown, and within 2 miles of both St. Johns and Hillcrest Hospitals. It is also near Museums, Cherry Street, Cain's Ballroom, and Blue Dome District

The Hot Tub is up and running! Walking distance to the Rose District, our newly constructed Cottage comes with full kitchen, washer/dryer, private parking and entrance. This peaceful studio is absolutely charming! The vibrant Rose District is perfect for window shopping, visiting local antique shops, and great dining! Easy expressway access means the Gathering Place, Utica Square, and downtown Tulsa are just a short drive. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck and rest well at the end of the day!

French Woods Quarters

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

Cozy Country Cottage

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

A great overnight stop or week away from home. The studio is attached to homeowners house (converted garage space) but has separate, private coded entry. Driveway parking for one car. TV with antenna channels and streaming capability. WiFi available. Kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, sink and microwave. Empty nesters occupy home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Two person maximum. Spacious open floor plan - one bedroom, one bathroom. The bed is a queen size bed.

Included in the dome is a mini fridge, microwave, Kuerig coffee, along with bowls, utensils, and towels.
