Large house of character from 1850, 45 km south of Toulouse. 450m 2, very spacious, neat decoration. Furnished tourism rated 4 out of 5 stars. Rent on WE, weekly and bi-weekly. Available all year. Upstairs 7 bedrooms: 5 large bedrooms (5 double rooms) and 1 small room 1 pers bed 90 X 190 cm + all the equipment for 4 babies: 2 beds 60 X 150 cm -up to 5 years-, travel bed + bed-bench in +, soft baby park, bath and 2 new bath chairsborn and baby, toys... And 1 very large and beautiful bright dorm-games room with 6 white patinated bunk beds or 12 beds 1 person, toys. So 23 persons. Large closets available in each room. 3 large bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. Dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, washing machine, dryer. Lingerie. House well heated in winter. On the ground floor: - English lounge: games room for teenagers and adults: billiards, darts. - Moroccan lounge: new big TV, Wii, DVD, library, board games, reading room and rest. - Main living room of 50m2 with large fireplace, piano. - Large bright stone kitchen with fireplace, fully equipped (including Thermomix, Nespresso coffee,...). House 500m from the road so no danger for the little ones. From the large room, you can see the mountain range of the Pyrenees. Very quiet. Cleaning after you leave. Arrival time: 5 pm Departure time: 10am for weekly rental, 16 pm for weekend rental. Sheets, large quality towels, bath mats, tea towels and bibs provided on request at a price of 400 € (package) per week only. This is an option to pay on the site. Archery activity at home by reservation (Parcours des portes des Couserans). Cette maison en pierre, en marge d'un petit village, au milieu des coteaux a été construite en 1810 sur une grande parcelle, elle a été entièrement rénovée cette année. Grâce à la piscine (de 8 m sur 4) avec sa grande terrasse en bois coulissante (qui permet aussi de la fermer), au barbecue ou à la table de ping-pong on peut passer de bons moments au grand air. Le lieu offre aussi de belles balades avec vue sur les Pyrénées qui sont à une heure de route (Toulouse est également à 1 heure).
