It's a detached apartment, on the first floor of a dublex house, with it's own stair ladder - so no restrictions on access - whole property available. There is washing machine which you can use, wifi, international channels on tv, air condition and a pharmacy box. As a super host, I will be avaliable if you need anything and you can contact me 24/7 on here or on mobile provided. You will be provided before your arrival with a lot of information about the area and the experiences you can have here, so you'll be totally prepared for your holidays. The house is in the coastal town of Agios NikolaosIn, with 4 beaches in the area. Local amenities include tennis courts, a public swimming pool, children's football court, basketball court, supermarket, and a pleasant seaside walking path. In Agios Nikolaos you don't need a car! You can go everywhere on foot. A car is recommended if you want to explore the whole area of Merabello and Lasithi. The house is in the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos, with 4 beaches in the area. Keratokampos is a village 70km from Heraklion with 7km of beaches and a quite environment appropriate for relaxing vacations. In the area you can find traditional taverns with fresh fish and local dishes also some cafes and bars next to the beach. Keratokampos also host the famous Viannos Art gallery and the Portela gorge.

With pine trees around, citrus and olive orchards, it is ideal for a quiet stay-family travel. It is a summer house for my family- my parents live permanently at the ground floor.
