The home has wifi, smart tv for streaming, and a gas fireplace. Enjoy reading in the oversized window seat, rise early to see deer in the yard or, perhaps, a hot air balloon overhead in the spring and fall.

Shepherdess Cottage

Charming cottage located in Scottsville, Virginia on a 93 acre sheep farm. It is located 19 miles from Charlottesville. The Shepherdess Cottage is tiny, relatively private and offers beautiful views. We are a working farm so you may encounter us, but will respect your privacy as much as we can. You are welcome to "free range" with our sheep and enjoy exploring the property. Sometimes our lambing season (pretty much year-round) will offer bottle babies that you can feed and cuddle.

The Loft at Minor Mill - Private loft apartment.

Our place is a newly constructed barn loft in our 1960's barn. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from large windows and a private balcony. The barn is surrounded by our horse pastures and neighboring fields. Self check in with the key lockbox. This loft is separate from the main house where we live. Private parking and entrance for our guests directly outside of barn loft (this is separate from the main house driveway).

Located in the heart of Charlottesville! This house is close to UVA grounds, the downtown mall, and Belmont. You will be just a few minutes from great restaurants, shops, bars/breweries, and music venues. You’ll have your own private studio apartment in the basement of my house with a separate entrance.
