My island retreat is a 2 min walk from the Wards ferry. Winter guests note last City ferry is at 11:15 pm

Our home is between Cabbagetown and Daniel’s Development, accessible by 2 streetcars and a bus. Bright with a cozy, cottage feel. Old Cabbagetown charm meets Daniel’s modern buildings on Parliament. 15-min walk to Eaton Centre, Dundas Sq, and Distillery District. Steps to park, sports ground, Freshco, RBC, Timmies, and diners. UofT, TMU, AGO, and Harbourfront are a short ride. Lake Ontario is 20 mins on foot. We have cats and a dog mostly in the basement - please note if you have allergies.

A private room on a third floor walk up apartment located right at College and Grace in downtown Toronto. Room is bright with lots of natural light. Feels very cozy and comfortable. It also has private access to outside balcony. Please do not book if you have trouble with steep stairs, uncontrolled heat environments, or small size bathrooms. Not recommended for sensitive people. Not recommended for people who struggle with heavy luggage. No elevator.

Clean Private room that locate close to Lansdowne subway station. This room for 1 person only. if you have an extra guest, please book room 1 or 3. A 8 minute walk or 2 mins with Bus (3 stops away) from Lansdowne station. No Kitchen. Full size bed, wifi, shared washroom, towel, Shampoo and bodywash Bathroom will be clean daily. Street parking only (midnight - 7AM need permit) for parking options, please check "other details"
