This comes with breakfast in our garden room & access to a patio with fire pit table. 5 mins walk to Crosby station- trains to Liverpool every 15 mins with connections to Wirral via Moorfields. 5 mins drive from West Lancashire Golf club- one of the oldest clubs in the U.K.

The Cozy Studio. The studio consists of one room, cleverly designed to sleep two people with en-suite facilities. It has its own private entrance, a double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, tea and coffee facilities, breakfast snacks and lots of information on things to do during your stay. The Cozy studio is close to Alder Hey children’s Hospital, a 15/20-minute bus ride to Liverpool City Centre, 10-minute taxi journey to both Anfield and Goodison's ground and 15 mins from Aintree Race Course.

This self contained courtyard room is in a great location, with a bus stop across the road to Liverpool and New Brighton. There are a good choice of bars, cafes, restaurants & shops a few minutes walk from the property. Liverpool city centre is 15 minutes on the bus, where there are theatres, bars, restaurants, museums and Liverpool Echo Arena. New Brighton promenade is a short drive or bus ride away, with beach, park, multi-screen cinema, theatre, ten pin bowling,restaurants & bars.

B&B Self Contained Annexe With Private Access

Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

Newbridge Guest House

This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site as well as a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have a cockerel and he can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.

This is a newly renovated, beautiful guest house situated in the historical village of Bromborough Pool. Secluded private property with secure parking and an overnight electric car charging point. Central heating throughout, kitchen, including fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, nespresso machine and toaster. Separate immaculate shower room. Great links to nearby Liverpool and Chester.

Relax ,chill out watching Netflix, explore the local history of Speke hall and the child of hale. 10 mins from Liverpool airport. Good links to m62 m57 m56motorways. Bus route to city centre. Uber to John Lennon airport cost around £12 / to city centre around £14. Room for 2 extra guests on sofa bed £20 per person per night. The hot tub is an additional cost of £50 per night.

Ideal for those travelling for Business or pleasure, there is ample workspace available within the large open plan lounge. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac with large private garden with children's play area and patio.
