Located steps away from the Historic Jones House, and a stones throw away from the Fredonia Hotel, you are also a short walk to the Fredonia Brewery, the Cottage Wine Bar, and all downtown has to offer. This cottage has one King bed, a spacious living, dining, kitchen combination, a walk in shower and a designated laundry room. Rolling Hills Entire Guesthouse Breakfast included

Quiet country setting on five acres but only four miles from town. Plenty of privacy but the hosts live on property just a call or text away. The dining room table easily seats 8 for meals, playing cards/games we have available. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill and you can eat outside on the private patio surrounded by tall pines and watch/listen to nature. We also have a fire pit to enjoy a warm evening outdoors.

Enjoy this cute, quaint, and private tiny home. Tiny home has 1 queen size bed in a private bedroom. The sofa is a pull out full size bed in living room. (Main house sleeps 8 and is available to rent @ Julie's Country Home.)
