Field of Dreams Creekside Camping

This is a quiet, serene spot where you will not be disturbed. We have a fire pit and tent camping right beside the creek. There is plenty of room for two tents and some hammocks. Our property is 13 acres (which you are welcome to explore) and behind our property is a field with cattle. We are only a 5 minute drive from the James River and area to launch kayaks/canoes. Great hiking is nearby and downtown Lynchburg is only 15 minutes away. Liberty University is 12 minutes away.

This one bedroom, one bath home hosts a king bed, one full bath/shower combo, fully furnished kitchen, gas fireplace and coffee bar. Enjoy your days rocking on our front porch. The campfire ring offers a great view, morning sunrise or evening sunsets. Let your worries flit away here in this quiet, peaceful haven.

Bella Vista is your picturesque cabin vacation located on over 90 private acres in Virginia's Piedmont region. It is situated amongst rolling hills, mature forest, streams, and miles of hiking trails exploring the property. Bella Vista is truly the perfect place to relax and unwind over a half mile from any road. Our guests enjoy the cleanliness and comfort of the house, the privacy of location, the easy access to nature, and the local historical attractions.

One bedroom, basement apartment in well kept house. The apartment is furnished with antiques and set on the corner of a farm with good views. The apartment has a private entrance and parking just outside the door. We are a retired but active couple who live upstairs. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and is stocked with coffee, tea, coffee fixings, snacks, and light breakfast items. We are 25 minutes to downtown Lynchburg and 20 minutes to Appomattox.

A Perfect Country Getaway

Heron Hill 49 is a place for people who want to unplug, get away, and appreciate the quiet of country life. It’s an ideal space to relax or to work without distractions. Fiber optic internet is provided; cell service is limited. (We recommend wi-fi calling.) Guests will enjoy walking the property, following Spring Creek, and exploring the remains of an old, hand-built stone dam in the woods. Birdwatchers will find an abundance of species.

Camping on the Farm: Camper 2 (420 friendly)

We are a 420 friendly, working farm and campground. Enjoy the total cannabis experience. All guests will be welcomed with a complimentary tray of samples from the garden and 420 setup. Create your own unique utopia by selecting experiences such as PuffnPaint or Romantic Gift Basket! You'll enjoy the Bud & breakfast experience with a freshly prepared breakfast basket prepared & delivered to you each morning.

BRAND NEW 2 Bedroom Cottage at Falling River

Relax and unwind in our newly built cottage (Spring of 2022), nestled in the woods just outside the town of Appomattox. Our cottage is the perfect escape for couples or for a family getaway. Enjoy local shops, dining, our historical landmarks, theater, and countless other places to visit in Appomattox. A quick 20 minute drive leads you to downtown Lynchburg with even more dining and entertainment options.

The “White House” at Altamont Farms

This cozy farmhouse offers beautiful sunrise views and a relaxing country getaway! The White House was the original farm home built in the early 1900s and has been carefully restored. This property is also home to our five farm horses! Guests are welcome to explore the 500 acres of Altamont Farm which offers miles of hiking trails, a variety of farm animals to meet, and 1.5 miles of James River frontage.
