Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway cabin on 11 acres/2 beautiful ponds. Only 15 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches in Florida! Take a walk "out back" on Eglin's Reservation and true Florida nature trails. Visit our horses at the stable; give them a carrot or two. Have a horse? Bring him with you! We board our Horse Guests too! Trail ride your horse one day and go to the beach the next day! Need more rooms? STABLE CABIN and NUT HOUSE Listings are on the property too!

The Lily Pad, a 30A beach getaway

The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

Carriage House 1.5 bed/1 bath located off 30A

You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the people and the location. This guest house is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across from the home. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Carriage House is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and solo adventurers. Need more room? We have a larger home on property that sleeps 11.

Close to local springs and a short 45 min drive to Panama City Beach.

Welcome to Cerulean Chalet— a charming retreat just steps from Sunset King Lake Campground and only 1/10 mile from the King Lake boat launch. Enjoy quick access to outdoor adventures right on the lake, such as kayaking on the peaceful water, feeding the local ducks and turtles, or fishing for a prize bass. The 580 acre lake is well stocked with shell-cracker, catfish, bream, crappie, and black bass.
