You may even be lucky enough to see the Grand Canyon Railroad train pass by on its daily trip to the canyon. You'll be just a half hour from the park entrance (about as close as you can get without staying in a hotel or camping at the canyon).

The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

This efficient cabin-like bungalow is unique, quaint and well furnished. It is 2 blocks from NAU, the urban trail system, and a 10 minute walk from downtown. The outside is fully fenced and shaded with several big 🌳 trees. The inside is very inviting, with an outdoor vibe — relaxing. Friendly dogs are allowed for a fee ($20 a dog per night).
