You’ll feel totally secure with the gated parking for 2 cars. Relaxing sunsets on the balcony. The property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, and business people.

Hamworthy beach, park and paddling pool just a 15 mins walk. Local shops, pubs and takeaways less than 5 mins walk and Poole Town Centre & Quay a 30mins walk or 5 mins drive.

There are boat trips across to the wonderful brownsea island, bike nights, and a selection of 2 golf courses approximately 20 minutes drive away. Whether you prefer local ales or fresh fish dining this house suits all needs. There is also an electrical charging point 1 minute away.

We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
