The Bobcat Bed & Breakfast on Rooster’s Ridge

Welcome to our homestead! This newly renovated home features an amazing chefs kitchen, laundry room, two full bathrooms, three bedrooms and large living room with a gas fireplace for those cool evenings. Relax on the front and back porches with views of the farm and cattle grazing in the pastures or maybe sitting around the fire pit suites you! It’s a five-six minute drive to uptown Athens or a 20-25 minute drive to Hocking Hills. This is a gem nestled in the rolling Appalachian hills.

The Cottage

This is a rural location. Located on an open hill along a private drive, this newly built -"little house on the prairie"- is surrounded by fields on one end and woods on the other. The moon and lotsa stars at night -no neighbors nearby. Trails and ponds are available for your enjoyment. Swimming* and fishing is encouraged in the warmer months. A small outdoor fire ring is nearby. Hiking in the woods on the far side of the field will be off limits last week of October through thanksgiving.

Thoughtfully designed and inspired by the surrounding landscape with natural tones and textures throughout the cabin's interior. Conveniently located 25 minutes or less from countless Southeastern Ohio attractions to include: all Hocking Hills State Parks, Ohio University, and Zaleski State Forest. The Retreat at Fox Lake

The retreat at Fox Lake is a newly constructed 1+ bedroom house featuring a private back deck and hot tub! This home has a bedroom with a king-sized bed and an additional room with a fold-out futon. Features include eclectic art, reclaimed materials, glass enclosed gas fireplace, Starlink high speed wifi, on-site parking and direct access to Fox Lake and more! This is the perfect retreat for a couple, a few friends or small family. The vibe is earthy, textured, cozy and modern.

Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

The Creek is an original farmhouse built on a working farm. The entire 2 story home is an airbnb with the bottom repurposed for guests who will enjoy a private stay. Farm and forest wildlife call the more than 40 acres home. There is a beautiful view of the night sky,all the countryside and space available to relax and enjoy pastoral settings. Tucked in a valley just outside of Athens Terrell Place will give you the peace you need. Also there is plenty of entertainment while you stay such as sitting on the front porch or back deck.
