The cabin is located 2 miles from Lake Superior & 11 miles from Munising where the Pictured Rocks Shoreline starts

Located approximately 20 miles north from Marquette, the cabin is a short drive to Lake Independence and Lake Superior. In the winter, take advantage of the close proximity to snowmobile and cross-country ski trails. In the summer, enjoy hiking and access to some of the best beaches in the UP. Spend quiet nights gazing at the starry sky, and wake up early to catch the superior sunrise.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

Beautiful 4 bedroom cabin located minutes from downtown Munising and at the doorstep to Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore. The cabin is located on a quiet, paved, tree-lined street nestled on 6 serene acres of hardwood forest. We are a short drive to M13 and all of the recreational inland lakes that the area has to offer. Head the other direction and you are a short 15 min drive to Miners Castle/Miners Beach which can be a fantastic launching point to your UP adventure!

Closest neighbors are 75 feet away from the property. Welcome!

Our cabin is set on the beautiful AuTrain river, just minutes from Lake Superior. It is fully equipped to make your stay relaxing and fun! A full kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, and a BBQ grill to cook what you would like. There is a queen size bed, and a natural gas fireplace, and full bathroom. We also have a deck to enjoy the wildlife from. Hummingbirds, Blue Heron, geese, ducks, eagles, river otters and more have all been spotted from the front porch.

Adventure U.P. 2

Adventure U.P.2 is a quiet little cabin on a paved dead end country road,6 miles from the closest town. You’ll love my place because of the quiet woods, fire-pit for quiet campfires where you may hear owls, coyotes, and many varieties of birds, and the coziness of a U.P. cabin. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Nothing fancy but functional and cozy!
