Apt #5 is one of 10 units in this renovated building - former home of the City Hall of Ottawa built in early 1900's. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a roomy bathroom w/tub. The kitchen that is supplied with the basic kitchen supplies - coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans. The WIFI service is excellent. The Old City Hall is located 1 block from the downtown Main Street ---- local shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rail-trails are very close for the runners, bikers, and hikers

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Peacock Place. This is a mid mod Paradise. Find woods with gold, yellow and blue accents adorn this beautiful little apartment. Everything is new and comfortable. One block to downtown Ottawa, lots of antique shopping and dinning. Worlds oldest still running movie theater is one block way. Enjoy a beer and bbq in the same block at Not Lost Brewery. In the morning the best little coffee shop in the state is also just one block to the north, Mug Shot Coffee. Look for it in the alley.
