Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. La vasca idromassaggio riscaldata (utilizzabile tutto l'anno) e la zona barbecue sono servizi condivisi con gli ospiti di Casa Cere.

Graziosa casa singola di 120 metri quadri, recentemente restaurata, perfetta per 5 persone e un neonato, in un campiello a 50m dal Canal Grande nel Sestiere Santa Croce! La zona e centrale e ben servita. La casa e situata a 8 min. a piedi dalla stazione Santa Lucia e a 10 min. da Piazzale Roma, a 2 min abbiamo la fermata Riva di Biasio che collega l'intera città e conduce a San Marco, Murano, Burano etc. Ottimo punto di partenza per scoprire la bellezza della magica Venezia!

L'appartamento e' luminosissimo, interamente affacciato sul canale principale , in posizione privilegiata. Gli arredi sono tutti su misura, ogni dettaglio e' curato. Dal balcone in sala si gode di una vista magnifica, soprattutto al tramonto. La posizione e' strategica per spostarsi ovunque in laguna. A soli 30 metri la fermata del vaporetto di Navagero, da dove si possono comodamente raggiungere il centro storico di Venezia, il Lido e l'aeroporto.
