With its tasteful modern furnishings, central heating and double glazing, Seascape is cosy in winter, while in warmer weather, the large deck offers a panoramic view all the way to Corfe Castle. This snug little one bedroomed accommodation sits up high with views of both Shanklin and Luccombe bays from each side. This property is ideal for walkers or cyclists as it sits just off the coastal path and is also close to the bridle path leading up to the Downs. There is a bus stop at the end of the lane for easy access to the rest of the Island. The accommodation is 15-20 minutes walk to several different beaches and 15 minutes walk to a number of restaurants pubs and eateries.

A charming cottage set in a rural location

A charming cottage set in a rural location, nestled between Bournemouth and the New Forest. There is a large free car park on site and bicycle lock up. We are in green belt countryside with forest and Avon Heath Country Park & Moors Valley Country park close by (my favourite is Moors Valley). The road is a cul de sac and quiet, we have rabbits, dog called 'Poppy' and free roaming chickens.
