La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

We're Fara and Gabriele, we decided to open the flat on the first floor of our villa to guests. we live on the ground floor with our two young children. The guest floor has it’s full privacy with a separate entrance, parking, and an XL terrace with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Private pool available on request, exclusive access for an extra fee — just ask!

Versilia, Apuan Alps, mountain&sea of Tuscany

House located in Alta Versilia at the foot of the Apuan Alps, Tuscany mountains near the sea. Typical stone house, apartment on the same floor, with garden, surrounded by green mountain scenery. In just a few minutes you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia. Great starting point for visiting the art cities: Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, the Cinque Terre and the paths of the Apuan Alps.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place.
