Take the nearby walking trail to restaurants or the grocery store. Conveniently located just 1 mile from the north or south I-35 exit, we're about 23 minutes from downtown KC. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.

Please note that this is a lower level apartment. You will probably hear some normal noise from the people living upstairs.
