First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. VILLA avec piscine proche centre-ville d'HOSSEGOR

La villa OUSTAMIL a été récemment entièrement rénovée en conservant le style Landais dans un esprit maison de vacances décontractée. Tout est récent, y compris le mobilier et l'électroménager. La cuisine particulièrement bien équipée ainsi que le salon sont largement ouverts sur la terrasse en bois qui entoure la piscine. Le golf d'Hossegor est à 500 m, le centre ville d'Hossegor à 7 mn à vélo. La maison se situant dans un quartier calme les fêtes ne sont donc pas autorisées.

Appartement indépendant en rez de chaussée au sein d'une maison (où vivent les propriétaires), refait à neuf sur un jardin de 900m2 dont une partie privative pour l'appartement. A seulement 9 mins de capbreton ou de labenne océan. La piscine est chauffée également en avant et après saison. Environ du mois de mai à octobre suivant les conditions climatiques. ATTENTION ⚠️ en ce qui concerne les nuits de juillet la location s’effectue à la semaine du samedi au samedi. Merci
