This beautiful villa is very spacious and spread over two floors, making it ideal for families or groups who value both comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all with direct access to the pool: • 1 bedroom with a double bed • 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds All of these bedrooms are en-suite, meaning each one has its own private bathroom. Also on this floor, there is a guest bathroom near the entrance (with a sink and toilet). On the upper floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms, both with double beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a jacuzzi, located in the hallway between them. They also have windows overlooking the pool, garden, and countryside, creating a peaceful and bright atmosphere. This is a spacious, light-filled home designed for comfort, privacy, and meaningful moments - ideal for families and groups. The living area is one of the villa’s highlights: large, bright, and thoughtfully designed with distinct spaces for different moods. You’ll find a cozy sunken lounge that feels like a warm nest, a bar area, a piano, a snooker table, and a table for board games — perfect for relaxing, socializing, and creating memorable moments. The kitchen is fully equipped, and connects easily to both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Outside, the villa truly shines. The private pool has two areas: a shallow section ideal for children and a deeper area with a diving board. There is also an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a dining area with table and chairs. An interior patio with barbecue invites long, relaxed meals. The property is accessed through a private gate (shared with the owners’ residence) and offers secure, free parking for multiple cars right next to the villa. BEACH HOUSE • Oasis • 50m to Dream Beach

Ehemaliges Fischerhaus über zwei Etagen mit privatem Innenhof. Architektonische Highlights im marokkanischen Stil. Gelegen im schönen, alten Ortskern von Salema. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

Numerous beach bars and restaurants are all in walking distance, the marina is a 20 minute stroll away and the cobbled streets of Lagos another 10 minutes walk.

Conveniently located between Luz and Lagos, the apartment is 3-4 km to the main beaches, city center and markets. This is an ideal place for couples looking for quiet and relaxation, or a home base to explore the area. A car is essential; there is no public transportation to this picturesque location.

CASA FEE an der Westalgarve

Unser Ferienhaus CASA FEE verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Geschirrspüler vorhanden), Flat–TV mit DVD Player, Doppelbett (1,60 m) sowie einem Einzelbett (1 m x 2 m) auf einer kleinen Empore. Ein weiteres, schmaleres Bett (0,8 m x 2 m) stünde für ein Kind zur Verfügung. Unser Häuschen liegt ganz ruhig am sonnigen Waldrand außerhalb des Dorfes Pedralva ( fußläufig gibt es ein sehr leckerers Restaurant, eine Pizzeria, ein Cafe mit abendlichem Barbetrieb).

You can also reach the beach easily by foot, 15 minute walk. This stylish unit is perfect for relaxing as it has a south-facing balcony with all day sun exposure where you can sunbathe & refresh yourself with the tropical shower. From the bedroom there is a little balcony with a partial seaview.

Auch die Matratzen und Topper sind neu. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen und Spülmaschine und eine elektrische Bialetti Espressokanne, so wie eine normale Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Unterhalb des Hauses liegt ein idyllischer Seerosenteich.
