It has only previously been used for travelling family but its too good not to share with Airbnb guests. The space is fully equipped for your stay with a private bathroom and kitchenette. It is insulated, has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. There is an additional wall fan in the bathroom and a clothes hanger for your convenience. No smoking on the property.

Right on the doorstep is the cutest little zoo -Crocodylus Park - home to native animals, big cats and crocodiles! Hop on a bus for shopping or jump in an Uber for a day at the beach, where you can watch the sunset while eating from one of the many street food vendors. Aircon, your own laundry & two dogs coiled to test out any falling snacks!

The top 2 acres are laid out in tropical garden setting with the other 3 acres set out with native Darwin plants visited by lots of native animals and birds. Chill out by the pool, marvel at the local wildlife, enjoy amazing sunsets. The place is only 2 minutes to local supermarket, 5 minutes to a local large shopping centre and 15 minutes to Darwin CBD. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.
