🏖 Our newly build villa ☆☆☆☆ with a heated pool is a perfect summer stay for anyone visiting the Zadar region. It is only 11km from Zadar city center and it offers comfort in a peaceful setting. The villa has two spacious double bed en-suite bedrooms, one small room, a cozy lounge, a modern kitchen, and a relaxing pool area with outside BBQ. Communication with guests will be via Airbnb or mobile phone and I am only 10min drive away from the villa for any emergencies.

It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. La Corte di Kate is an impressive stone house dating back to the 18th century. The owners have carefully restored it respecting the traditional materials of this area and equipped it with all the modern comforts needed during the summer holidays.
