If you are looking for a romantic escape in the New Forest, just a short walk from the pub and open forest, then look no further. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a short 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a slightly longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm).

Beautifully converted old stables, Shire Cottage at Blashford Manor Farm is spacious. 2 large bedrooms. Master bedroom with king size bed. Bedroom 2 with single bed and bunk bed. (from 01/01/26 sleeps 4) Well equipped kitchen, 4 ring hob and gas oven, butlers sink, fridge and ample storage space. The lounge diner has 2 settees, TV and dining table. Large bathroom with shower over bath. Front walled courtyard. Rear patio with hot tub. All cottages are self contained.
