The Lodgepole Overlook Carriage House is located in the Peak 7 neighborhood. It offers a forested and private escape from the hustle and bustle of the ski area and downtown Breckenridge. This private home is located on the north side of Breckenridge and eliminates the delays and frustration of getting in and out of town... especially when going to other nearby ski areas or parts of the county. The VERY PRIVATE hot tub is nestled against the White River National Forest which borders the property.

Our luxury home is nestled on North Star Mountain. It is near Quandary Peak Trailhead and less than a mile from the Hoosier Pass, just steps from hiking. Serenity at its finest with all the comforts you should expect! And yes... we have amazing mountain views from every corner of our house! It provides an Alpine Experience at 11,000 feet. Only minutes from downtown Breckenridge, relax and unwind with two large living areas plus room for the whole family to sleep. A newly renovated basement provides additional sleeping space (two sets of bunk beds) plus a large family room with a gas fireplace, smart TV, wet bar, ping pong table, and a hot tub to keep the entertainment going after a day on the slopes. Outside, the large, nearly 1-acre lot includes tons of trees and privacy, along with a firepit for extra warmth on cool nights.

The hot tub on the private deck gives 180 degree views of the Gore and Ten Mile Ranges. Please note - this is not a luxury home. The cabin is not secluded. The cabin is generally very quiet but you might hear occasional traffic noises. On the plus side, the cabin is close to all amenities in Silverthorne and has a very comfortable vibe.
