Update: In September 2022 we were affected by Hurricane Ian. We had just over 5 feet of flooding in our treasured cottage. We have worked tirelessly to put everything back together. All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

Garden Cottage - Tiny House

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Private entrance to your one bedroom plus den (with queen size sleeper/sofa) apartment attached to main house. Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom has a queen size bed and the den has a queen size sleeper/sofa. The den doubles as your kitchenette and sitting area with double sliding glass doors that open up to the shared pool and dock area. Gas grill and microwave for cooking (no stove). We beat the old 1-2 of Huricaines Helene and Milton and are ready to host you. This is a great, renovatred , one bath flat, in the heart of Boca Grande on the gorgeous Gasparilla Island. Located across the street from The Temp Rest. Going to the beach, no worries, it is just down the road. Please note: there is a small fridge and coffee maker in this flat, but no other cooking facilities. Rent our place through Air BnB and receive a 10% discount on golf cart and bike rentals.
