Guests can easily bike to Vanderbilt Beach located 1.5 miles from the front door with the provided beach cruisers. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Publix, Kayaks, Golf courses and movie theaters are located in the immediate area.

Oceanview condo with the Gulf of Mexico view and silky white beaches is available for your pleasure. Owner, not a rental agency managed condo. Fear not, I run an honest small rental service and you can deal with me in confidence. Please be aware some construction is going on in the entire area due to hurricane Ian impact, including our complex. Noise is minimal but might be disturbing to some.
