Less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre, Lower Gardens, The Pavilion Theatre and The BIC. Near to the town but so quiet, you will get a good night's sleep. Fully fitted kitchen, en-suite shower and separate bathroom with shaving points. Internet, tea and coffee as standard. We've even got you a parking space on the premises. A warm welcome awaits you!

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

It has a private entrance and off road parking. The Foredeck is on Barton-on-Sea cliff top, and it is only a five minute stroll down to the sea shore.

Lounge has doors onto a Juliet balcony to really enhance your enjoyment of the panoramic views. With three large bedrooms, one with en-suite and plenty of room for travel cots (provided) as well as a family bathroom and Sonos sound system throughout. Off street parking for 2 cars, wifi, linen, towels.

Free off street parking. Walk around front of the house, down a pretty gravel side passage lined with plants, to a private studio overlooking a garden.
