Sleeps 4 in two king beds: one on the ground floor and the second in a mezzanine. Ideal for a couple or small family who love the beach and/or walking. Own entrance, free street parking in cul de sac, 50 metres from the front door. 4miles from Bournemouth; 2 from Christchurch; 1 from Hengistbury Head. No pets. No under 5s.

Seascape is a bright, airy lodge tucked away at the edge of Swanage Bay View. Adjoining Townsend Nature Reserve it enjoys utter tranquillity and spectacular views over the bay, as seen on 'A Place in the Sun'. With its tasteful modern furnishings, central heating and double glazing, Seascape is cosy in winter, while in warmer weather, the large deck offers a panoramic view all the way to Corfe Castle. In addition, guests enjoy the amenities of SBV - all within a 15 min walk of the seafront!

Our luxury holiday lodge is situated in the new gated development of Jubilee Gardens on Shorefield Country Park, this area benefits from a private gate onto West Road a 5 minute walk from the beach and is surrounded by nature trails. Shorefield Park has a wealth of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools (summer season only), gym, tennis courts, children's play area as well as a restaurant, bar and entertainment. The Potting Shed Sopley

The Potting Shed is a unique detached cottage on the edge of the New Forest and South Coast. It sleeps two people and has a well-planned principal room incorporating kitchen/dining and living area with a log burner. Upstairs is a spacious loft, ideal for relaxing or being more creative with some artwork. Outdoors there is a large garden, terrace with a BBQ area and chiminea. There is a bike shed too (please bring your own bikes). Guests will have the place to themselves.

The Shed is named somewhat tongue in cheek by the owners' family as it is about as far from a shed as you can get. Whether sitting out on the decking with its clear view glass balustrade or in the comfort of the lounge you have stunning views across Avon Beach and the Solent to the Isle of Wight and The Needles; there is always something to watch at any time of year. When you talk about a property one of the most important factors is location.
