The Retreat is located adjacent to the Elliot River at Guthalungra QLD, with a large fully fenced pet friendly yard and nearby access to the river for fishing, crabbing and walks. Mango season ranges from September- December, so if you decide to stay, we are more than happy for you to help yourself to some mangoes. Queens Retreat is located significantly close to the local shops, and only a short drive to the beautiful horseshoe, and rose bay. Other activities in Bowen range from golfing, fishing, swimming, and enjoying delicious food at the local pubs and taverns.
