Our renovated studio loft is a charming second-story unit situated above the detached garage at the back of our property. The space features a comfortable king-size bed and a full size sleeper sofa. For added privacy, the master sleeping area can be separated by curtains. Enjoy entertainment from any part of the loft with a 55-inch TV mounted on a swivel. The unit also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Our property is family-friendly, and we look forward to hosting you!

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.
