Quiet and comfortable, 2 bedroom guesthouse just outside of town, will be your home away from home. Full kitchen/ bath, radiant floor heat, on-demand hot water so everyone gets a hot shower. Fully stocked kitchen, we are happy to accommodate special requests if possible. Easily accessible with ample adjacent parking. Coded lock provides convenient check-in. Located on a peaceful, dead-end dirt road, just minutes to the Bozeman amenities we love. We have chickens and a docile rooster.

The cabin sits next to our main home & small homestead. We often provide fresh eggs from the chickens & seasonal goods from the garden. The goats will entertain you for days & the stunning mountain view never never gets old.

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.

Beautiful location on the edge of town, close to downtown & the airport. Priced below the least expensive motel in Bozeman, ideal for up to 2 ppl with a Queen bed. The Kitchenette offers a ref, Coffee press, air fryer oven, induction burner, micro. It’s on a private rd 10 min. to dwntwn & airport. The yard is partially fenced. 2 mi from Bridger & Gallatin vet. We allow well behaved dogs for a $50 cleaning fee, please mark pet. My son offers a 7 seat SUV for rent, inquire.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

It is situated above our detached garage, which is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with several parks, ponds and trails just steps away. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a/c , heat, washer/dryer, mesh Wi-Fi and a 55" smart TV. The bedroom is small but cozy with a memory foam queen bed. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy all of the close hiking and walking trails with Bridger Ski Resort 15 minutes away. Musuem of the Rockies is only a 5 minute drive while all the East Main Bozeman dining/shopping locations are nearby as well. This small cottage is very comfortable and quiet while having all the necessary amenities. It has a California King size bed and a queen size futon for sleeping comfortably.
