Situated on a small farm property with open paddocks and areas of bushland, the cottage is 10 minutes' drive from Margaret River township. Cowaramup, with its quirky cows along the highway, is on the way. Close to local breweries and vineyards, Littlebrook Cottage offers peace and privacy while being near to all that the Margaret River region has to offer.

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.
