Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Margaret River Town Sanctuary

Right in the heart of Margaret River, this very special house and garden sanctuary includes outdoor relaxation spaces including an undercover living area with outdoor heating for the winter months. The house boasts an eclectic collection of art from my work in remote Aboriginal communities and from local artists. From the house, you can enjoy an easy walk to the river, forest and the main street galleries, shops and cafes. Winery tour operators can pick you up from the house.

Cowaramup Gums

A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.

Arthouse SIX

An amazing down south getaway that is close to all the amenities of town. Throughout the house, we have local artists work that is available to purchase if you love the pieces as we do. Enjoy the luxury of having your own plunge pool and soak spa (no high-pressure jets or bubbles) on an incredible deck, this is your ultimate retreat. Beautifully appointed rooms, lounge area, kids play area as well as a deep soak bath and rain shower in the bathroom.

Ned's Cabin - Margaret River Town Centre

It is right in the action, literally a few steps from the famous Margaret River main street and all the best that the town has to offer. It makes a great base for a fun yet relaxing weekend down south.
