Situated on a small farm property with open paddocks and areas of bushland, the cottage is 10 minutes' drive from Margaret River township. Cowaramup, with its quirky cows along the highway, is on the way. Close to local breweries and vineyards, Littlebrook Cottage offers peace and privacy while being near to all that the Margaret River region has to offer.

Bussells Bushland Cottages - Couples/Small Family

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, all amenities you need, farm stay experience. Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

You will fall in love with the place and the gorgeous garden. At 62 square metres the studio is actually not so 'Little'. Sorry, no children or infants (unless by prior approval).
