Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

This charming yet sophisticated basement level apt will invite you to settle in and you may not want to leave! Our guests love the king size bed and oversize chair and ottoman and bonus- you can watch tv from both. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, toaster, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and ironing board. The bathroom is stocked with linens & toiletries. There is plenty of room in the walk-in closet for clothes/bags or make use of the dresser. This space is perfectly suited for 2 guests.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Super comfy queen bed, plus two additional sleeping options: a chaise in the bedroom, and a twin-size daybed in the the living room. Keurig coffeemaker and bottled water dispenser. Covered parking at your door.
