This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Includes a fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom, bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed. A 190 × 80 cm folding bed is available upon request. Dining table for 5. Patio with BBQ available. Free parking on site. Playground, football field and bus stop outside, commuter train station within 10 minutes walking.

Welcome to our Small House with loft in a private area of the Garden. The house is spacious with living room, kitchen and bathroom at first floor and a loft with cozy feeling and queen size bed. High ceiling for lots of light and luxury feeling. Dining room with dinner table and outside two patios with chairs and table. Perfect for sun all day. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities such as microwave etc. Stereo, Tv and Wifi is available. Bathroom with washing machine and shower.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Här finns det plats för 4vuxna som vill bo rymligt och ostört. Två inglasade terrasser ger extra utrymme. Egen tomt och trädgård. Två våningsplan badrum/wc i båda planen. Öppen planlösning i nedre planen. Jag hyr ut mitt hus medans den väntar försäljning. Det finns allt i köket ( för ca 6 personer) att kunna laga mat och äta. Totalt 4 sängar för vuxna.

Litet hus, mysig gata. 10min tunnelbana till city

Njut av en elegant upplevelse på detta centralt belägna boende. Fantastiskt bra läge i Djursholm med mycket bra kommunikationer vart du än ska i Stockholm. - Några hundra meter till T-bana Mörby C, Tåg till city var tionde minut! - 700 meter till Danderyds sjukhus som är en knutpunkt för många busslinjer. Boendet ligger i ett lugnt och fridfullt villakvarter. Bäddade sängar och handdukar finns för er. Välkomna!
