Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This recently renovated fully-equipped two bedroom home is situated in the hills overlooking Burnie and the Ocean. Ship watching may become a favourite if you allow yourself the time. Burnie is the gateway to many popular tourist destinations, for instance, Cradle Mountain, the Nut at Stanley, beachside villages, and is some 35 minutes from the ferry terminal. Burnie boasts many fine public gardens, waterfalls, walkways, free penguin tours.

"Castella" Apartment 2 on Hiscutt Park

"Castella" is a self-contained, sunny unit in the picturesque seaside village of Penguin. Beside the main house there is a separate fully equipped, fresh and modern unit which sleeps 2 in a queen size bed. Tea and coffee is provided. The inviting deck overlooks the leafy Hiscutt Park with water views out to the Bass Strait. It is an easy short 5 minute walk to the town centre. Holiday makers staying at Penguin are well positioned for day trips to Cradle Mt, Stanley, Launceston and Burnie.

Lovely quiet street/neighbourhood within immediate walking distance to the CBD, off street and street parking available. Less than 1km to the main shopping district. A 2 bedroom unit with all modern accessories as shown in the photos. Wifi, Port-a-cot and Highchair. Even a coffee machine :) Please note: Street parking is strictly 4 hours. The minimum charge $140 is for 1 guest. Additional guests will attract a charge of $45 per head, and bedrooms will be made available as needed. We only ever have 1 booking at a time, no sharing with other families or individuals. We live on site and are happy to help, your accommodation is segregated and totally private. NO parties, no smoking, please be respectful of neighbours. Fake tan & hair dye use PROHIBITED. Fully equipped kitchen, plus washing machine & dryer.

Roses Garden Studio is a sophisticated and very private self-contained space. Tariff includes breakfast provisions and a well equipped sideboard kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A 10 min walk to the CBD, beachside restaurants and foreshore BBQ area. A 7 min drive to the hospital and university campus. Well located for daytrips in the region.
