The Bothy is an authentic, traditional Highland dwelling, carefully restored to preserve its original features and character while providing essential facilities, warmth and comfort. A farmyard location in the midst of our highland home and in the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, at the foot of the famous Schiehallion. Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

The Hayloft is one of our newly built luxury lodges situated amongst some of the most stunning countryside in Highland Perthshire. Each log cabin has its own private hot tub & balcony with barbecue area over looking the hills. Each lodge has 2 bedrooms,shower room & toilet, fully equipped fitted kitchen & lounge,tv,dvd etc. Park up in your private parking space there is plenty room for 2 -3 cars. Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory.

The Bunk House with Private Hot Tub

The Bunk House has two rustic log bunk beds, an en-suite shower room, kitchen, lounge-dining area and heating. Linen and towels are also provided, the space measures a total of 35 m2. Please note this is dormitory style accommodation. You will also be able to use the fire pit, canoes, paddle boards, and rowing boat during your stay. There’s also a hot tub too now! Free Parking. Single night stays are subject to a £35 supplement which will be added to your reservation after you book.

We have ancient Caledonian woodlands for you to explore, full of incredible wildlife and a wild swimming pond for those looking for a cold water fix - look us up under cotwild The Shepards hut sleeps 2 adults & 2 children under 12yrs on a sofa bed sleeping bag. 2 well behaved dogs welcome.

Lusa Bothy is a luxury getaway location for couples on the Isle of Skye. It was the idea of the owner to renovate an old stone building into an amazing space with a feast for the senses in mind. High end, bespoke creations and craftsmanship completed by professional artisans using local materials and artwork, some of which are over 250 years old, make Lusa Bothy a quirky mix of the old, the new, and the upcycled, wrapped in traditional, Highland warmth.

Waterfront Gem with hot tub by Loch Ness

This unique farmhouse by Loch Ness with spectacular water views, has been recently updated to provide the ultimate escape with direct access to Loch Ness and the beach at Lochend – the very spot where St Columba saw the 'Great Beastie’. It also has its own little lochan in front of the house. Hot tub, fire pit/BBQ, table tennis are just a few of the facilities you will be able to enjoy when you tire of exploring the mysterious expanse of the main Loch.

Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.
