Beachfront Guest Cottage - Year-round Hot Tub!

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access (if you bring your own) and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

Enjoy the view from this wonderful 1940's waterfront cottage on the Sasanoa River in Woolwich. From here access Reid or Popham Beach State Parks with ease. Visit Maine Maritime museum in Bath, the "City of Ships." Head to Portland for a night out. Just relax and watch the seals, osprey and eagles. Rent a boat to enjoy all this extremely special waterway has to offer. Around the corner is the Kennebec River and Merrymeeting Bay, to the south you'll discover Phippsburg and historical Fort Popham.

Our cute Lake House is encased by the beautiful hills and forests of The Camden Snow Bowl, a small and local ski resort. It is located on the waterfront of the beautiful Hosmer Pond, just short of a mile from The Camden Snow Bowl and a 5-10 minute drive from the towns of Rockport and Camden. This spot yields something for anyone, whether that is a visit to the Rockport Harbor, our favorite coffee shop or the town of Camden, it is also a great spot to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities.

Seaside House/Upstairs

Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer with this as your home base. The views are outstanding and the house is well appointed and well maintained. This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.
