Featuring an open floor plan with over 1,000 sq ft, floor to ceiling new construction inside, private patio with grill & reserved parking for two vehicles. The unit features a bedroom with a queen bed, a pullout couch in the living room, and full bath complete with a washer & dryer. The kitchen includes granite counters & everything you need to cook a meal.

The studio apartment(above main house) is a short walk to the beach (which is on the property.) Studio is fully furnished including linens, towels, hairdryer, pots, pans, etc. Coffee shops and restaurants within a mile, marinas are less than a mile to launch your boat. Fabulous views of the Bay, full kitchen, spacious bath and your own private back yard. There is a dock to fish from or sit and watch the sunrise and set. There is also a small beach. Dog friendly , sorry no cats.

This one bedroom, upstairs apartment is spacious and inviting. The property is a bustling place with lots of local boaters and watermen. This lovely downstairs apartment is located in the village of Cheriton. We have a nice park, an antique store and galleries that are open on occasion 🤣. Although we are not a golf cart community, we do have a park and quite streets for walking. The resort town of Cape Charles with it’s beach, restaurants and shops is about four miles to the west and Oyster Seaside boat landing is just to the west. To the south is the beautiful Kiptopeake State Park.

The Sojourn Guest House at Buckroe Beach are short term rentals located in the Buckroe Beach Neighborhood of Hampton, Va. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just a 10 min walk/2 min drive to the newly renovated Buckroe Beach. The property has a large back yard and the house makes for a cozy stay with one bedroom suite, one bathroom, enclosed patio great for a morning cup of coffee or a relaxing evening.
