Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Kottage on Kendall is a beautifully renovated home located 5 minutes from San Remo and 10 minutes from the centre of Cowes. This 3 bedroom home includes a queen bed in the first and second bedroom and a double bed in the 3rd bedroom. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, toilet and large vanity. The cosy living area includes a split system for heating and cooling, tv (HDMI & Mac cable) & comfy couch. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances & 6 seat dining table.

Clambake Beach House - Cool retro, private yard!

King and Queen beds with Egyptian Cotton Linen. This colourful cool Cape Woolamai beach house set in a very private large luscious garden is between a surf beach 2 min drive to the left and a safe swimming beach 2 mins walking to the right. Retro 60's feel, original artwork and furniture. Ideal for couples or small families. Fireplace and plenty of firewood. All linen provided. Dog beach meters away. Monitored for CO2, smoke, temp and decibels. Security Cam in driveway.

This tiny house is in a leafy garden, close to Phillip Island's beaches, nature & wildlife attractions. Come and relax here, or explore the area, on foot, bicycle or go on a scenic drive. At the cottage you have your own private space, queen bed (on a mezzanine), bathroom and kitchenette (limited cooking facilities). There is also a cute private patio overlooking the garden. Pets are very welcome, the yard is fully fenced, and the local beaches are dog-friendly!

The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

Koala Cottage

Koala Cottage is a 2 bedroom air conditioned cottage is situated only 700 metres from both the calm and surf beach. Koala Cottage is ideal for those wanting a quiet relaxing getaway with time and space to reflect, rest or play. Cafes, restaurants and shops are within walking distance . The gp track , penguins and Cowes are a 10 minute drive away. Public bus around the island and to Melbourne is close by

Seashell Beach Shack - Renovated 2025

Recently renovated 3-bedroom beach house just a 2-min walk to the saftey beach, at the end of the street and close to shops, bars and cafes. Just a short drive to the surf beaches.
