Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. 3a Sea View Place is a cosy, well equipped apartment nestled into the rocks just above Bamaluz Beach. It boasts the most spectacular of sea views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own balcony making your holiday in St Ives truly unforgettable. This idyllic apartment is ideally situated to explore all that St Ives has to offer. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

Premier One

Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat to watch the world go by completes this apartment.

Godrevy

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Godrevy is a newly renovated coastal retreat attached to a family home with separate entrance with key safe and private parking. Perfect for couples the spacious lounge/diner has a fitted kitchen, central heating, comfy sofa with 43 inch smart television and wifi. Separate en-suite bedroom with kings size bed and Emma mattress, bath with shower & heated towel rail. Outside there is a private patio area with table and chairs.

A 10 minute walk into St Ives town via Porthmeor Hill, far enough out to escape the hustle & bustle. Parking and garage for small to medium sized car only. Well equipped kitchen. Smart TV. Modern shower. King size bed with quality bed linen & towels. Electric heating. Garden seating area.

Emerald Seas is a two bedroom apartment with amazing views across Carbis Bay to St Ives. Just minutes walk to beautiful Carbis Bay Beach with its award winning facilities and a water sports centre. The apartment is a short stroll to the train station where you can join the branch line either in to picturesque St.Ives (three minutes on the train) or to connect to the main train line. The stunning South West Coast path is a stones throw from the property. Private parking included.

The Garden Flat is a hidden gem, located in the centre of St Ives. Very spacious for 2 people. children are free.Train station,shops,restaurants art galleries, and beautiful beaches are all within walking distance from this self contained one bedroomed flat Pet Friendly. It has a lovely garden area that provides a tranquil space in which to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Wi-Fi is a basic package. St Ives is a busy town. There is No Parking Space

Cosy Flat in the centre of St Ives

This one bedroom bohemian style flat sits right in the heart of St Ives on Royal Square, just a five-minute stroll from the beaches and steps from all the best shops and spots to eat. It’s got everything you need, a kitchen, dining area, shower room, and a super king-size bed that’s ridiculously comfy.
