All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm)

The home shares a wall with our house and floorboard noise can sometimes be heard from both houses. Please also note we are near working silos with original floorboards, so the house can quickly accumulate dust.

Located in Carrington, close to the water, there is easy access to the CBD. This suburb has a great village feel and you can walk to shops, cafes, bakery, pubs and restaurants. Public transport is a 2 minute walk to catch bus into CBD which only is a 5 min ride.
