Everything you need to use is at your disposal including the kitchen and laundry , i live by myself and have the room to spare . Conveniently located near Fountain Gate Shopping Mall in a peaceful cul-de-sac. A short walk from the university, train station, cafes, dining & shops, this single-story home provides everything needed for a relaxing stay. The Berwick Botanical Gardens are well worth a visit and a short drive from the house.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cosy living and nice back yard. House is equiped with nice 65 inch tv with all the subscriptions needed. The kitchen has all the utensils required for you too cook. The backyard is with a deck and pergola for you to chill and have a drink or read. Plenty of on street parking. I’ve got latest dishwasher, fridge and other white goods. No outside guests are allowed. Enjoy your stay.

Update, my 25yo daughter is now staying with me so this creates a shared bathroom space. Her 6yo daughter stays every other weekend also. This is a great location for students, workers and travellers. Great quality at a low price.
