Composta da due camere da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto, una cucina attrezzata e un ampio bagno, offre tutto il comfort di una casa moderna. La terrazza con pergolato e piscina privata vista mare è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi. Un comodo accesso privato al mare, tramite scalette in pietra, ti permette di immergerti nella bellezza naturale del Salento.

Si arriva nella bellissima Cala dell'Acquaviva percorrendo degli scalini e subito ci si può tuffare nello splendido e cristallino mare e dopo un bagno rigenerante troverete una piazzola solo per voi dove poter prendere il sole e grazie agli alberi secolari godere della loro ombra. La dimora ha anche una terrazza con una vista mozzafiato. Porticelli è vicina a Castro ed altri splendidi borghi.

Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.

The property consists of bathroom, bedroom, kitchen-living room, porch overlooking the sea. You will be welcomed by large outdoor spaces with a relaxation area among tall trees and the relaxing roar of the waves.

Furthermore, there is parking for two cars, while the other cars can be parked for free on the street. Lu Purpu has a large garden shared with another apartment, with an outdoor shower, perfect for dining!

Our beautiful historical terrace house was built in 17th century, is located in the middle of historical centre of Gallipoli, near the Basilica di Sant'Agata and was completely renovated with great care in 2018 with the idea of creating a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.

Hi! I am the managing director of this amazing flat in front of the sea. This place has been restored with great care and attention to the details, in order to offer high standards of comforts. The house has a spacious private terrace with sea view. Just a few steps separate you from the lovely shores of Castro Marina. The rooms are fully air-conditioned, the kitchen is fully equipped (except the dishwasher).
