I am close to some beautiful parks and within walking distance to the Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. There are lots of shops, restaurants and bars. I am a 5 minute drive away from Torpoint ferry so you can jump on to explore the beautiful sites of Cornwall and all the stunning beaches. My house is large and spacious beautifully decorated with a modern yet family feel. Guests will have their own entrance, bedroom and living room with toilet and shower room. Parking is outside or down the side street

Fully modernised 2 bedroomed entire flat on the top floor of a Victorian house; accessed by 5 flights of stairs. Whilst we do accept pets, it is not suitable for young children under 12 years. Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a 5 minute walk; Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 mins walk.

Apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Large flat screen TV's in both rooms. High speed WIFI with streaming services. The second bed is a king size IKEA sofa bed. Off road parking available on a first come, first serve basis but can be difficult to park depending on size of vehicle (as pictured). Ample on road parking available.

One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.

Raleigh waterside apartment is a beautifully furnished 1 bedroom flat, located in the heart of the historic Barbican. Centrally located & only a short walk from the city centre & Plymouth Hoe, with many restaurants / bars / shops all on your doorstep - you’ll find plenty to do during your stay! The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and accessible via a lockbox. The apartment is also equipped with baby equipment such as a travel cot, high chair and baby bath.

It is situated in the village of Turnchapel where there are lovely coastal walks to explore as well as 2 good pubs and a waterside cafe also the perfect spot for the dive school. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.

There are 3 parks located 5 minutes walk from the house in different directions.
