Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Little CityApartment 5or3 for Two

Meine Unterkunft ist in unmittelbarer Nähe vom legendären Checkpoint Charlie, ansonsten in der Nähe vom Leipziger Platz LP12 Mall of Berlin, vom CinemaxX Berlin Potsdamer Platz, vom Brandenburger Tor Pariser Platz und Fernsehturm Alexanderplatz. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der zentralen Lage, der eigenen Küche und dem Zimmer mit den 2 komfortablen Betten - frei nach dem Motto "Klein aber fein". Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare oder auch für zwei Einzelpersonen.

Your oasis in the city - elegant, quiet, bright

You can't stay quieter and more central in Berlin! 5 min to the subway station "Spittelmarkt" and to the bus stop Waldeckpark. On foot you can easily reach Gendarmenmarkt, Nikolaiviertel, Checkpoint Charly and Friedrichstraße (all within 1 km). Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes in the neighborhood. The small (35 m²), but fine apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern, high-quality building with a terrace to the leafy courtyard. Public parking on the doorstep.

In the heart of Berlin I offer you a fully equipped and high-quality 65sqm apartment with stylish furnishings. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a large box spring bed. In the living room there is a separate sofa bed, which is in no way inferior to a comfortable bed. You should not be missing anything during your stay, so everything is taken care of, such as bed linen, towels, WiFi, Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines and fresh beans.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer neu sanierten Remise aus dem Jahr 1900 in Berlin. Das Haus lässt sich über das Vorderhaus an der Mittenwalderstrasse 8 erschließen und liegt im ruhigen Innenhof. Die 70qm große Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das Herzstück ist die große, helle Küche mit großzügiger Ausstattung und einem Essbereich.

*NEW* fully renovated 1-bedroom Loft Space 5 floor

Very nice, bright loft space in the vibrant area of Kreuzberg. The apartment is based in the 5th floor and from the window you can see the famous TV Tower of Berlin. There is NO ELEVATOR in the building. But the stairs are worth the excercise! The apartment is well decorated, has a full kitchen and everything you need, to feel comfortable for your stay in Berlin.
