You'll enjoy the lake access and view at this cottage set in a quiet cove and furnished in a contemporary style. Swim or fish in the cove or launch a pontoon boat from the Lake Thunderbird Marina. Cherokee Village is also home to 2 championship golf courses and the Southfork River and is less than 10 minutes from Hardy and Spring River.

So bring your Jon boat and fish 2 miles of river between rapids. Walking distance to Loberg Park or shops and restaurants on Main Street. Whether you enjoy fishing, floating, shopping or just relaxing on the porch overlooking the river or by a cozy fire pit, we welcome you to our home away from home.

This newly remodeled gem has you enjoying two bed rooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds), one full bath, a welcoming living room, wifi, and a full kitchen. Parking is along the street with stairs leading up to the house at the top of the yard. It’s 26 steps to your charming vacation home, it's vintage, and there may be a scuff on a corner, but it’s clean and comfortable - nice location at a great price! This 2 bedroom 2 bath with a queen sleeper sofa downstairs walkout patio and an upper deck is a great place for some R&R. In the fall or spring cuddle up by the gas log fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate and good book. Great smallmouth fishing on the river so bring some fishing gear!

The Archer house is just two blocks from main street, one block from the Spring River, a short walk to Mammoth Spring State Park and close to dining and shopping. It has been completely remodeled in fall of 2022 and features many unique and premium features. Including a walk-in tile shower, wood ceilings in part of the house, cedar-clad front porch and more. The house is also equipped with brand new appliances, fast wifi, washer and dryer and more!.
