Perfect for a short break away, The Nook is 7 mins by car from Knutsford & wedding venues including Colshaw Hall. The Nook has a large lounge area with kitchenette, double bedroom & shower room, an outdoor patio and elevated deck space over a stream & country views. We offer secured gated parking, broadband, with an extensive Sky TV package as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime & Disney+.

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

The Hayloft (1-Bed Option) is a quiet, secluded retreat - ideal for travelers seeking comfort and privacy. Set within the grounds of Villa Farm, a shared gated driveway leads to a large parking area. The front door opens into the lounge with a dining table that doubles as a workspace. The kitchenette allows simple meal prep. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the bedroom and bathroom. Outside there is a seating area and guests are welcome to use the tennis court.
