This very charming, cosy and rustic log cabin is located on a private lake on the outskirts of a quiet family farm in North Chideock, just 5 minutes drive from the Jurassic Coast. The tranquil surroundings make this place the perfect romantic getaway for couples and an amazing place to spend a holiday as a family. Various wildlife and lifestock are frequent visitors of the cabin including our resident heron. Enjoy a drink on the sun deck and watch the sunset over the fields from the hot tub.

The Lodge at Willen Farm is a beautiful single level converted barn on the outskirts of the quiet village of Leigh, just 4 miles from the town of Sherborne in Dorset. The Lodge provides the perfect location for a relaxing escape to the rural countryside, yet just 40 minutes from the fabulous Jurassic coastline. Spacious accommodation with two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower/toilet and a separate bathroom. Contemporary style with an outside patio area. Parking and a small garden area.

Get cozy and settle into this rustic little space. It’s a very peaceful spot to sit and watch the king fishers, swallows & wild deer. The outer kitchen has a wood burning stove, no extra charges for wood, coal & fire lighters. There’s a double gas hob & BBQ. Tiny fridge. Kitchen sink with hot water. Toilet. Indoor hot shower. Large towels provided. Table & chairs. Inside the cabin there is heating for chilly evenings. Cozy up on the comfy love chair. Or sit on the decking to star gaze.

Little Coombe, a luxury rural cottage with Hot tub

Little Coombe at Bookham Court sleeps 4 + a cot. Enjoy a complimentary Prosecco while relaxing in your private Hot tub or chill out in front of the wood burner after a walk along the Wessex Ridgeway/Hardy Trail. This charming Dorset cottage boasts a modern kitchen & ensuite double & super king bedrooms (or twin). Dogs welcome (£30 payable on arrival). Quiet enclosed private patio, wildlife lake, amazing views, shared games room and lawn. Half an hour from the Jurassic coast. Fibre wi-fi.

Lakeside Cottage - at Incombe Farm

Really comfortable and warm converted stables next to our main house but with privacy, standing in idyllic private valley. Less than 2 miles from Shaftesbury. The cottage overlooks our small lake (about 1/2 acre). Peaceful countryside with buzzards, woodpeckers, a barn owl, ducks, pheasants, deer and even otters. See them at your breakfast table or in our enclosed veranda with circular table and overhead heater. Well behaved small / medium dogs only - strictly by prior agreement.

Daisy Cottage on the Jurassic Coast

A cosy and stylish, dog-friendly cottage, set amid the beautiful fields and woodlands of the Fernhill Estate with easy walking access to the coastal village of Charmouth and only 2 miles to Lyme Regis. The South West Coastal Path runs opposite our front door and our guests have seasonal access to a heated outdoor pool. Our cottage sleeps four and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Jurassic Coast in West Dorset.

Quiet, cosy, detached, large garden

Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

The hut has a warm cosy double bed, storage, hanging rail, shower,toilet,kitchen with microwave/hobs,tea & coffee,fridge/freezer, Log burner, fire pit,(with 1 set of logs for both) Outside Bath Tub & large decking area overlooking the Lake. Blue bell has had winter up grades to protect you from the rain and also two new sun loungers

A stones throw from the waters edge this studio has 270 degrees of coastal views from an elevated position (The 'crows nest' balcony! ) The windows and Private balcony have outstanding panoramic views across the Jurassic coast and Weymouth, catching beautiful sunrise and sunsets. NO NEED FOR A CAR- ITS ALL HERE! ...(NEW : ‘Beryl bikes’ nearby!) Great vibe at the famous Oasis Cafe nearby.

Hardy’s View is a Luxury Cosy 1 bed, lodge

Hardy’s View is situated in a tiny hamlet on a peaceful 3-acre property. Enjoy lovely walks along the river, allowing you to immerse yourself in the scenic beauty of Thomas Hardy’s birthplace. The Jurassic coastline is just a short 10-15 minute drive away, offering the perfect escape for those seeking coastal adventures. Netflix is available and pets and babies under 2 are welcome.

The Boat House, Shaftesbury

A beautiful 2 bedroom wooden cabin set on a working farm, a short walk from the picturesque village of Shaftesbury, Dorsett. The Boat House is set in acres of rolling Dorset countryside looking out onto one of the number of lakes on the farm. The Boat house is dog friendly and sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
